How do I earn Knowledge Points (KP)?
KP is earned by actively participating in the PingFlow ecosystem. You earn points by running network diagnostics, posting helpful replies in the Global Forums, and sharing outage threads. PRO members earn double KP on all actions.
Is the Global Status page real-time?
Yes! Our Global Status page pings over 100+ enterprise infrastructure providers (like AWS, Cloudflare, and OpenAI) directly from our backend nodes every few seconds to provide completely live telemetry and latency graphs.
How do I delete my account and data?
