What are Karma Points (KP)?
Karma Points (KP) are a reputation metric. You earn KP by helping the community—reporting outages, participating in forum discussions, and confirming site recoveries. High KP levels unlock special icons and status flares.
PRO Membership
How do I upgrade to PRO?
You can upgrade through your Dashboard. PRO costs £1.99/mo and removes all ads, grants the Golden Name flare in chat, and provides access to advanced API documentation.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. We use Stripe for all billing. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription instantly through the "Manage PRO" button on your profile.

Where are your nodes located?
We currently operate edge nodes in London, New York, Frankfurt, Tokyo, and Singapore to ensure a true global perspective on website availability and routing performance.
How often do you check the Global Status?
Our automated engines ping the top 100 enterprise providers (AWS, Google, etc.) every 30 seconds. Historical data is aggregated to show you 30-day uptime trends.
